Today Rand announced in his testimony in the Jinja branch that we had been in Uganda now for 22 days.  Every day has been packed with such amazing stories but rather then tell a day by day report I would like to tell with pictures.  Since I finally learned how to add pictures to the blog I'm going to start clear back at the MTC with some of our favorite pictures from the last four weeks.

Browns and the Sinemas from Tucson drove to SLC every day the second week for PEF training.  Here we are on the top floor of the Smith Memorial building

Thur. we had more joins us for PEF training.  The Sinemas to the Phillipines, the  Wyatts to South Africa and the other couple we didn't know well so forgot already their name & where they were going.

Elder & Sister Jarvis were our personal volunteers PEF trainers

Sister Jarvis and I went to see the new Macy's that bought the old ZCMI building .  This is the new store with the old facade restored.

Hurrah for Zion was Julie's favorite painting at the MTC

Before leaving Provo we had to take pictures of the temple.  The above picture is where Rand and I stood for our wedding picture 34+ years ago.
South Jordan restaurant, met with Rand's cousins to say good by,  Sally, Butch, Julie & Rand Brown, Denise & Todd Fawson,  Janice Marriott & Cory Brown - a good time was had by all as Butch checked out Uganda on his i-phone
Second week in Utah we traveled to SLC for PEF training.  Observed a PEF board of directors meeting with Elder Cook and Elder  Carmack, learned to run computers to keep track of students.  We hope we can remember what we learned.
So I guess I learned to add pictures but didn't seem to get the order correct.  I guess it all comes out in the wash however and maybe I'm the only one that sees the inconsistency.

I love the Hurrah for Zion painting to, it makes me think of the sweet movie that depicts it. The SL temple in the last photo of you and dad is soo beautiful, blue sky with a few clouds. Love it!
